This includes development of business requirements, and assisting in the design, testing, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of department/division systems. Additional responsibilities include quality assurance system testing, technical support, documentation, and training to departmental users.**** **** *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:***** · Works with business contacts to define requirements, prioritize issues and address production support requests.**** · Acts as IT liaison between business unit and personal or commercial vendors.**** · Serves as department interface to IT for personal or commercial systems development and implementation including preparing detailed business requirements documents.**** · Develops implementation and testing plans and assists in coordinating testing of commercial systems.**** · Interviews clients to define the scope of the project development or enhancement and interface with clients and IT to manage project expectations.**** · Works with IT Business Analyst/Project Manager to develop project plans and document requirements.
