Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (including Agile)
Solid understanding of object-oriented development principles Solid
understanding of data structures Solid experience of:
Core Java (1.6 preferred) and J2EE
Spring (Spring MVC, Remoting)
Hibernate
Multi-Threaded distributed applications
XML
Web Services (Soap & Rest)
Experience working with relational databases (e.g. Sybase, SQL Server,
MySQL, etc.)
Data Modeling
Writing complex stored procedures

*Non-technical Skills:*
Demonstrated interest in finance, business or accounting Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and
thoroughness Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and learn quickly
Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a
