Support includes investigation and resolution of customer incidents in Order Management and other components of the Amdocs CES (Customer Experience Systems) · Provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing and supporting applications within the mature technology and leading edge technology environments. Utilize mature and leading edge technology programming methodologies and languages. Adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques and contribute to the technical code documentation. Remain aware of new technologies / programming languages. Perform unit and system testing. Participate in application support and enhancement activities. · Production Support is a 24x7 responsibilitity.
