Location: Richmond, VA Terms: 12 month contract
Openings: 4 (3 with no BPT, One with BPT) Status: Must be GC or USC Interviews: 1 Phone and 1 F2F (most likely on site) This is a high level position and will require both manual and automated testing. These candidates must be able to write scripts, as it may be required in the interview. *Quality Center, QTP, and Java* testing are must haves! Any experience with Selenium Web Driver is a big plus! One position also requires any kind of experience working with *HP’s Business Process Testing Tool (an add on within QTP)*. Candidates must be a *GC holder or US Citizen* and possibly be willing to travel on site for a face to face interview. Please let me know if you have any one available! *Education/Requirements/Technical Competencies* · 4+ years’ experience with software testing or 4 year college degree (preferably computer software related) (required) · 2+ years’ experience with *manua**l* software testing (required) · *2+ years of automated software testing(required)* · Knowledge and experience using various automated testing tools that include but are not limited to: *Quality Center (required) Quick Test Pro (required),* *Selenium Web Driver (strongly preferred) * · Experience with Java programming (strongly preferred) · Experience with database tools like SQL Developer or TOAD (required) · Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries (required) · Experience developing and executing test cases (required) · Knowledge and experience with SDLC (strongly preferred) · Experience with testing batch processes (required) · Must demonstrate knowledge of fundamental testing principles, concepts and techniques and have experience recording defects in defect tracking software (required) · Working knowledge of current environments and platforms (preferred) · Experience evaluating and recommending testing tools and techniques.
