This is a senior development role involving integration of new IAM systems at the State of Delaware. Skills involve SOA and WSDL. Only candidates with strong J2EE will be considered. The Senior Product Specialist (SPRS) will provide technical expertise in the on boarding of business applications to Delaware’s Identity and Access Management Service (IAM). The SPRS will gather requirements, provide technical guidance (meet with application developers and help them understand what webservices and IAM is and how it will impact their environment), consult with other programmers and system engineers, configure Oracle IAM settings (on-job training provided), perform Java programming, test and debug application interfaces, customize web pages, and write documentation. • Long-term need for a technical person with Java and web services experience and the aptitude and desire to learn how to support IAM 11gR2 as an enterprise service. • This person must evolve into primary support for the DEV/TEST/PROD IAM 11gR2 environments recently implemented, including on-boarding of key applications to IAM based on “best practice” processes. • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment with other technical personnel. • Must have strong English language skills to interact closely with other technicians and application developers. • Must be able to develop and documented procedures based on the best practice processes. This role requires prior knowledge and working experience with SOA. SPRS will work under general direction of Program Lead and/or Project Managers, but must be able to operate independently on both technical work and interaction with others.
