*Job Title: Lead Tester Location: Detroit Duration: 12 Months* *Rate: $ 45/hr. on C2C* Extensive creativity required across areas of expertise. *Top Three Skills/Experience* - 3 years leadership experience in leading a testing team - 5+ years prior experience as a Tester - Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects. *Required Skills/Experience * - A high proficiency level in specific job related skills is required - Extensive experience in leading complex projects and programs with division or company wide scope - Strong skills required in communications, leadership, presentations to senior management, problem-solving, project management, team development and organization. - Minimum 5+ years of web, client server application testing experience. - Minimum of 2+ years of Rational Quality Manager - Must have the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes while maintaining urgency in completing assigned tasks. - Ability to convert requirements documents (Business Requirements, Functional Requirements and Technical Requirements) into test strategies/plans, test scenarios and test cases, including appropriate SQL scripts to execute testing cases. - Experience and ability to participate in test planning, coordination and resource estimation for the project. - Prepare and manage test schedule, resources with project development schedule - Should be able to coordinate with internal and external teams. - Propose testing best practices across clients/industry to strengthen testing methodology - Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities - Solid understanding of relational database concepts, SQL and procedural SQL - Will be responsible for explaining and validating test results to peers as well as clients. - Must be able to question the work of others to ensure accuracy and be able to defend theories and methodologies used to create individual results. - Strong executive presence and ability to interact with top executives - Solid time management skills with emphasis on multi-tasking - Regards,* Sunil Vincent Mejenta Systems.
