*Sr. Business Analyst with Retirement Service
Location: Iselin, NJ*


Sr Business Analyst with the ability to document existing Retirement
Planning Product processes as well as define changes based on new business
processes. The analyst will serve on the Functional Team that interfaces
between the Client Services area and the Application Development (AD) teams
to support technology solutions and responsible for understanding the
current/future state design of products and services.

   - Minimum of 8 years’ experience and proven success in the IT industry
   as a Sr. Business Analyst
   - Must Have Domain expertise in  Retirement Services  / Plan Management
   industry -  Defined Contributions, Enrollment, Eligibility and Service
   tracking, Salary Reduction, Vesting, etc.
   - Strong knowledge in Employer sponsored ,supplemental retirement
   plans,IRA’s, SEP IRA’s, Keoghs, 401k,  and 403bs
   - Prior  Employer plans Enrollments and 403(b) will be huge plus.
   - Ability to document business and functional requirements, technical
   design specifications, business processes and recommendations as appropriate
   - Must be able to perform gap analysis under the direction of the
   Manager or Project Manager
   - Ability to create and execute test plans.
   - Ability to create and document requirements traceability matrix.
   - Plan, conduct, and may direct the analysis of complex business issues
   to be solved with process changes and information systems.
   - Must be able to facilitate business requirements gathering and
   definition in various formats including joint collaboration sessions with
   business and IT, targeted Q&A sessions with multiple Subject Mater Experts,
   and one-on-one user interviews in order to provide solutions that meet
   business and user needs.
   - Translate high level business requirements into functional
   specifications and manage changes to specifications.
   - Negotiate deliverables by facilitating communication between business
   unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.
   - Analyze business partner operations to understand their strengths /
   weaknesses and determine opportunities to improve / automate processes and
   functions.
   - Must be reliable and responsive to client and/or management requests.
   - Basic Task Management skills
   - Ability to constructively give and receive feedback as well as manage
   change .
   - Ability to facilitate a large group (10+ people) to a common objective
   -  Exhibit good conflict management skills and advanced negotiation
   techniques
   - Serve as liaison with Quality Management to insure test and
   integration plans meet requirement objectives.
   - Follow rigorous SDLC and project management life cycle and best
   practices, comply with internal Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and other compliance
   related processes and adhere to Change Control and Problem Management
   procedures.
