Kindly Find the below JD and Send Suitable resumes to *r...@gtssminds.com* *Job Title** : ** Linux Systems Architect ( Please note we are looking for Architect)* *Duration** : ** 6 months +* *Location** : ** Chandler, AZ* *POSITION INFORMATION* *The following technical competencies are required:* - Experience installing, maintaining and upgrading server and desktop equipment. - Extensive experience working with Linux servers. - Experience working with enterprise grade virtualization technologies. - Experience working with centralized configuration management tools for Linux servers. - Experience working with server backup software. - Experience working with network storage systems (SAN, NAS). - Fundamental understanding of scripting languages. - Understanding of basic database administration and configuration techniques. *In addition, the Systems Administrator should excel in:* - Analytical Thinking – Approach problems by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach. Proven ability to constantly analyze costs/programs and provide solid recommendations and rationale (macro and micro approaches). - Teamwork – Proven ability to function well as member of a team who are collectively working towards a common goal. Ability to work with cross functional departments to resolve issues openly and efficiently. - Communication – Listens to others and communicates in an effective manner. This will require the ability to communicate in a non-technical manner to internal and external customers. - Initiative – Identifying and dealing with issues proactively and persistently; seizing opportunities that arise and seeing issues through until resolution is achieved. - Learning – Desiring and making an effort to acquire new knowledge and skills that would specifically be applicable in this work setting.
