This person should be well versed in the creation of Universes Universes Minimum Requirements: Experience Requirements: - 8+ years experience - Strong skills in Business Objects XI R2/ 3.x with 5+ years of Experience as a Designer and Report creator - Strong Skills in Informatica with 5+ years of experience - Experience in Data Warehousing and Data Modeling required. - Experience in Data Mapping,Should be to understand,analyze existing mapping and document (from Application->ETL->BusinessObjects) - Proficient in Oracle 9i or higher. - Proficient with PL/SQL Programming. - Experience with OLAP a plus - Experience with AS400/iSeries systems is a definite plus -Business Objects (Certified) -Report Writing -Universe Creation -Prefer someone with a background in retail or wholesale Description: General Summary: - Create new and provide support for existing Business Objects reports and Universes - Experience with Oracle required and other datasource like iseries is a plus - Experience with summarized datamart creation required - Experience in the systems and software development life cycle including design, development, coding, testing and implementation - Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - Help Business in both normal operational reporting as well as providing data for business analysis and modelling. - Good working knowledge of technology and systems.
