Here's the Job Description *Project Manager with Peoplesoft HR-Payrol Experience 6+ Months* *Critical Information : Project Manager, Peoplesoft, (large scale) HRIs implementation (HR systems), payroll operations* *Required Skills:* 1. Experienced in managing complex business and technology initiatives to include developing the project and governance structure, the projectplan, identifying and mitigating emerging risks, and tracking and communicating status on each work stream of the project. 2. Project Managed large scale HRIS implementations 3. Experienced in leading strategic initiatives with budgets in excess of $1 million and durations of more than 12 months. 4. Demonstrated ability in managing and influencing others not within the direct reporting lines 5. Ability to effectively work with all levels of an organization 6. Experienced in change management processes 7. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, partnership, and communications skills 8. Payroll operations experience 9. Familiarity with PeopleSoft and employee self service tools 10. HR Business background applied to HR systems implementation 11. PMI Certification 12. Business Analysis and process redesign skills Approx.
