Role: - Leads and/or participates in discussions with technical staff and user groups to transfer development activities to technical staff. - Ensure that all software is properly component and system tested before release to Plans. - Partners with technical staff and user groups to hold walkthroughs to confirm user acceptance of business requirements, prototypes and UI mockups. - Develops business use cases and business focused non-functional requirements based on input. - Supports the development of business process model or impact to existing in order to define alternatives and solutions to meet business needs.
