Job Description:
· This role will primarily be to perform optimization efforts on
ALU - UMTS/LTE RF networks.
· Contractor should have strong familiarity with network
configuration tools - WMS(UMTS)/SAM(LTE) and network analysis tools –TEMS,
Atoll, windcatcher, actix
· Experience in field trials, either feature/parameter optimization
or new feature/element validation, or in large scale and service impacting
design changes
· The consultant will be responsible to support RF optimization
efforts for existing network elements
· Review new RF network elements for launch readiness (Review
sweeps, PIMs, E911, drive test)
· Review chronic site/top KPI offender evaluation/optimization
(solution presentation for RF Design), GWS drive evaluation (solutions
presentation)
· Optimization efforts shall include (Drive test to identify
problem, parameter manipulation/Antenna tilts to improve site)
· Prepare recommendations RF design modification to be send to RF
design team
· Proven reliable team player by longer term assignments and
expanded responsibility level..
