Business Analyst with a strong background in Healthcare and potentially
experience with Trizetto Facets.
Our client is seeking a Facets Medical product configuration and
Claims/Provider Expert (UI, batch and data model) that can work between
Solution Architects and CCD as well as with the business team.
- Subscriber/Group/Subgroup/class/plan knowledge.
- Ability to provide mentoring if/where needed on proof of concept and
configuration activities
- Needs expert understanding of Facets end-to-end claims processing,
including Provider applications.
- Expert on Payment/Capitation set up
- Ability to create or modify process flows where needed; document
requirements
- Ability to test various claims scenarios via test batch runs
-- Ability to define scenarios
-- Needs to know how to set up the data and what we should expect out
of the claims runs
-- Knowledge in Facets Batch, ability to research batch errors and
determine cause.
-- Ability to decipher error logs
- Mentor clients IT and business SMEs on Facets Product and Claims
processing / best practices
- Looking for resource to set up and test the new dual product logic in
Facets, also research MLTC related claims issues and preparation for FIDA
