Knowledge on process inspector, recovering instance, UCA, web services, Integration services. Assist all users and provide production support to BPM applications by acknowledging user queries and issues and provide workaround or resolution. Deploy and Implement break fix for any production issue. Support production deployment. Provide 24 x 7 support. Knowledge on Remedy system and production support process flow.
