   - Strong experience in proving reporting solutions using Business
   Objects 4.0/3.1/XIR2 (Universe Designer, CMC, CCM, Web Intelligence Rich
   Client, Import Wizard, Info view), Crystal Reports 2011/2008, Xcelsius
   2011/2008, Voyager. Experienced in creating and updating Universe using
   BOBJ Designer Tool.
   - Well experienced in preparing *Report Prototype*, taking sign off from
   the client, prepare Report Design Document, prepare User test cases for the
   report.
   - Should have exposure in creating reports for BOBJ *Mobile*.
   - Expert in all the tools of BOBJ 4.0 Suite, including Explorer,
   Analysis for Office and Web.
   - Versatile experience in linking multiple Universes, creating Derived
   tables and customized Hierarchies.
   - Complex Xcelsius dashboards development on the top of BEx Queries and
   WebI reports using Live Office, QAAWS.
   - Strong experience with report development using Webi (BICS) and
   Analysis for Office/Web in BOBJ 4.0.
   - Complex Crystal Reports using Sub reports, Parameters/Prompts,
   Formulas, Report Alerts, OLAP grids objects, Cross-Tab objects, OLE
   objects, Charts/Maps, Running Totals, Linking tables.
   - Good knowledge about P&L, Balance Sheets, Headcount, Revenue reports.
   - Ability to handle development assignments with minimum supervision.
   - Responsible for requirements gathering & analysis, working closely
   with business users.
   - Monitor, communicate and troubleshoot issues with data integrity, data
   design, functional and technical software issues.
   - Assists and/or provides directions to lower level technical personnel,
   if required.
   - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
   - Willingness to travel to client location as required.

*SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:*

*A.            **RESPONSIBILITIES*

§  Perform the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation for
the DTS PMA SAP development projects and tasks

§  Provide 3rd level support on all SAP development and interface related
issues

§  Collaborate with the SAP Business Analysts, Implementation project
teams, and end users to analyze business and SAP functional requirements
and develop program specifications

§  Develop, implement, maintain, and document standards and guidelines for
SAP Development, batch runs and Interfaces

§  Job requires a high degree of creativity and judgment related to the
development life cycle

§  Significant interaction with Business Analysts, Security Team, and the
System Administrators during the course of the job

§  Good understanding and knowledge of SAP FI and BW applications needed to
successfully handle the requirements of the job

§  High degree of independent decision making required



   - Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a production
   support environment.
   - Analytical skills to effectively resolve technical problems, identify
   and implement process improvements, and think creatively.
   - Oral and written communications skills to facilitate meetings, capture
   requirements as well as write documentation, specifications, procedures and
   process flows.
   - Understanding and willingness to embrace application development
   standards and processes.
   - Ability to effectively prioritize and plan activities, work on
   multiple concurrent tasks, and meet deadlines.
   - Knowledge of SAP BW.
   - Experience working on BOBJ Support projects following ITIL methodology.
   - BOBJ 4.0 Certification.
   - Good to have knowledge in SAP HANA, Lumira and Office Analytics
