SCIL is based on .Net Visual Basic 2010. SCIL uses the MVC Technologies with a SQL Server backend database. DHS is in year one of operating the SCIL application. SCIL focuses on managing customers as they enter the service center and are serviced by Service Support Representatives (SSR). The resource obtained through this procurement will consult with program managers and staff to evaluate the SCIL application performance, review business workflow, identifies opportunities to increase efficiencies, and implement the identified changes along with DHS and the Office of the Chief Technology staff. The resource will also create various reports for service center managers and staff. Preference given to DC Residents and residents of the local metro area. Background check required if selected.
