Looking for Oracle PL/SQL Developer in Oaks, PA – 6+ Months - Please share resumes to [email protected] Rate :$40/hr Relevant Experience (Yrs) :5+ Yrs Primary Role : • Provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications within mature technology environments. • Designing database application features and data models. • Coding features and fixes for components of application releases. • Maintaining and supporting production applications. • Creating and reviewing software documentation. • Participating in code reviews. • Coordination with Development Manager and Technical Leads. • Participating in evaluation of new technologies and knowledge transfer. • Works with QA resource(s) to address issues arising during component, integration and system test cycles. • Coordinates troubleshooting and interaction with technical clients for addressing design and code-related issues. • Establish and drive process to lower the number of build related failures. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. • An ability to work comfortably with a wide range of people and skill sets, including: architects, project managers, analysts, designers and developers. Required Skills : • 7 or more year industry experience. • PL/SQL design and development experience. • Working knowledge of Oracle 10 or 11G supplied packages and types. • Experience with Oracle Batch Framework. • A minimum of 2 years experience in the investment management &/or processing domain. • RDBMS and database modeling experience. • Experience with high performance transactional systems. • SQL optimization and tuning experience. • Linux or UNIX experience. • Code editors and version control system • Experience with Open-Source technologies. • Java and related technologies. • OOA/D experience. • Good communication and interpersonal capabilities. • Thorough understanding of the System Development Life Cycle. • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team. • Strong communication skills, both written and oral. • Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively.
