This person will support data cleansing, data validation, and data construction.Develop reports to provide analytical views for Cost Center Owners, Service Managers and stakeholders (PMO, IT Finance, etc.). This person will need to identify opportunities in current processes and implement improvements for quality data.This position is located in Hopkins, MN. The primary tasks performed by this role will be: Financial & Billing Analysis: - Validates data for assets, licenses and maintenance within contracts/invoices and Excel reports - Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides data flow diagrams and documents process for recurring vendor invoicing detail. Works with vendors to correct and improve invoice process. - Develop internal process to provide IT service allocation data in cooperation with finance teams. Investigate and resolve billing issues as needed. Asset Management: - Data validation and cleansing - Works with BMC Remedy CMDB and Business Objects experts to create asset reports for data analysis - Research and reporting software compliancy and license tracking Skills · General knowledge of infrastructurehardware/software (e.g. servers, tape drives, storage arrays, Windows, UNIX, Linux, iSeries, SAN) · Experience working with IT hardware vendors such as Dell, IBM, EMC, etc. · Capability to work as part of a global team effectively via email, instant message, web conferences and phone · Customer service skills · Advanced level in Excel · MicrosoftOffice, SharePoint and Business Objects reporting skills · BMC Remedy ITSM experience (Incident, Change, and Configuration Management) · Able to follow written instructions · Detail oriented, attention for quality · Good people communication · Able to identify opportunities and implement improvements in currents processes · Able to work independently as well as collaborate with teams Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT or equivalent work experience · A passion for working with data and process implementation and improvement · Preferred experience in data analytical methodologies · 5+ years of total business experience · Detail and analytical orientation · Problem solving skills · Comfortable with ambiguity and continual change · Strong collaboration skills · Communication skills to include facilitation session skills · Business fluency in English Thanks & Regards…. ?
