* * *JOB TITLE : MS Exchange Admin ** LOCATION : CT-Connecticut/New Haven DURATION : 6 Months MOI : Telephonic +Skype * General Purpose Work as part of a team of Exchange administrators to provide Office 365 support and technical guidance for a Pilot Integration. Essential Duties 1. Work as part of a team of Exchange administrators to provide Office 365 support and technical guidance for a Pilot Integration. 2. Work with Service Desk on escalated client related issues and documentation of issues as well as potential work around(s). 3. Test different client configurations and verify functionality in our environment. 4. Work in Development and Test environments related to Office 365. 5. Work with Vendor on open tickets relating to the Office 365 integration. 6. Perform off-shift work relating to Office 365 migrations and issues. Required Education and Experience 1. Bachelor's degree preferred plus two years recent and direct experience maintaining and supporting Microsoft Exchange Servers in a production environment. 2. Experience working with Exchange 2010/2013 in complex environments. Office 365 experience a plus 3. Demonstrated skill at troubleshooting and resolving problems. 4. Experience working in an environment with complex networking including firewalls, etc. 5. Experience with PowerShell for automation and system administration Additional preferred education/experience: 1. Experience in Office 365 migrations from Exchange 2010 in a production environment. 2. Microsoft Certification in a related area or vendor certification in a product or technology in use by the group. 3. Experience in an environment where change control procedures (such as ITIL) are in use. 4. Recent experience with one or more of the following technologies on Windows servers: a. Microsoft Office 365 b. Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 c. Microsoft Office 2013/2010 d. Apple email clients e. Blackberry mobile devices f. Exchange Active Sync Skills and Abilities 1. Proven customer service skills. 2. Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills. 3. Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects both independently and as a member of a team. 4. Demonstrated ability to develop and document complex procedures. 5.
