We are looking for *Front End JAVA Developer* for a Long Term contract
position for our *Direct Client* --- *Location: Meridian, ID*
This is a BACKFILL and need someone who can start ASAP.
*Need: Front End JAVA Developer*
*Location: Meridian, ID (LOCALS Are highly preferred. Else whoever can Join
immediately) *
*Department: Information Systems*
*Position Type: Contract. *
*Rate: $40-50/hr. on C2C. (MAX) *
*USC/GC are preferred. H1B with Valid H1B copy is fine.** *
*Experience Required: *3 – 5 years general experience in UI Development.
*Certificates/ Licenses Required: *Microsoft and/or other SW certifications
preferred

*Summary:* The primary responsibilities of the Front End Developer are to
participate in the interface side of development for our innovative
web-based application, taking an active role on all interface development
and working hand-in-hand with UI designers and backend developers.
*Degree/ Education Required:* BS in Computer Sciences preferred or other
related field or equivalent experience.
*Essential Responsibilities:*
· Work closely with designers, using XHTML/CSS/JS/jQuery, to turn
static Photoshop/Illustrator designs into working browser based web pages
· Work closely with server-side developers to hand off UI
deliverables for integration.
· Develop SEO and performance optimized front-end UI for business
and eCommerce websites
· Participate in design and code reviews, following coding,
documentation and design standards.
· Perform and deliver in a fast paced software development
lifecycle with a strong dedication to a solid user experience.
· Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules
as outlined by the Company.
· Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed,

- Work effectively as part of a projects team, foster team cooperation.
- Stay current with rapidly changing technology and apply to business
needs.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week with some overtime
required, and perform regular on-call duties.
Must have a fanatical, neurotic passion for detail … but without
the conspiracy theories.
*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
· Excellent understanding and hands on experience with UI
development using assortment of best of breed technologies including:
HTML/HTML5,
CSS3, XML, JS/Ajax/Jquery/JSON.
· Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both
technical and non-technical personnel
· Understanding of the Agile/Scrum project management process is
helpful
· Ability to perform multiple tasks
· Must have working knowledge of computers and all applicable
software.
· Ability to frequently sit, handle objects, use fine finger
movements, read/comprehend, write, communicate orally, and reason and
analyze.
*Preferred Experience:*
o Ability to write code where needed to wire up ASP.Net page to backend
business logic a plus
o Experience with .NET 4 Framework, ASP.MVC2 a plus
o Experience with mobile technologies such as jQuery Mobile, Sencha
Touch, iOS, and Objective-C is a plus.
