*Qualifications*
We
seek a business/systems analyst with strengths in the following areas: team
player with strong communication skills; ability to define business
requirements and create technical specifications for developers; experience
with testing large-scale software applications in a production environment;
good multitasking skills, project management experience and presentation
skills. Creation of technical specifications will require a firm grasp of
relational database models for writing freehand SQL and data extraction.
Experience with application development process and/or programming

Business Expertise*
- Good understanding of the securities industry
- Strong Experience with fixed income instruments
- Knowledge of working with Bloomberg trade feeds
- Experience with Trade Processing platform and life
cycle

Analyst Skills *
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Coordinate project team activities throughout the
software development lifecycle
- Facilitate communications upward to the management
level, customers and across all development units (e.g. business
analysis,
development, release management).
- Daily tasks include business requirements analysis,
technical specifications drafting for developers, and testing new
software
enhancements/fixes
- Experience with financial data systems a plus
- Bloomberg exposure a plus

Technical Skills *
- Well versed in freehand SQL and data extraction
- Experience with Unix platform
- Firm grasp of relational database models
- Programming experience a plus

- Good project management and multitasking skills
- Experience testing software designed for elaborate
