Prepare component and assembly test plans, including conditions, data and expected results; and perform component and assembly testing on complex systems. Identify and recommend system enhancements to improve or expand customer services by anticipating customer problems and recommending solutions. Plan, schedule, and coordinate project design and implementation teams. Assist or train others on technical or industry-related issues and provide effective knowledge transfer on all work performed to select employees. Over seven years or equivalent applications programming experience required in all MicroStrategy functionality, emphasizing Dashboarding and Narrowcast using MS Excel templates. Expert experience with Oracle databases and SQL syntax required.
