Please send me matching candidates [email protected] Role: Change Manager Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6 months Interview:Phone The Change Implementation Manager is responsible for developing and executing change management and communication activities associated with business process change initiatives. This position must understand business processes and assess requirements and implications of change on process components, ensuring the people, process, and technology change aspects of business initiatives are well planned and executed. The Change Implementation Manager serves as a resource to a Program Management Office. Change management includes: contracting with project sponsors, leaders and teams; business readiness assessments; data collection (e.g., interviews and surveys); data analysis and synthesis; action planning; business process and people impact analysis identifying current state and future state change impacts; organizational and individual transition planning; developing and executing communication strategies and plans. Responsibilities: · Create a change management and communication plan to support major organizational changes. · Build change and implementation plans for HR development projects that ensure transfer of capability, sustainability of HR processes, programs, systems, and tools, "buy-in" of key stakeholders, and the business needs of global HR partners are met. · Plan and implement, HR processes, plans, programs, and tools with business leader(s) to build and enhance organizational capability. · Provide subject matter expertise to business unit leaders in the areas of leadership, organization effectiveness, organization architecture, building organizational capability, and human capital processes to enable the sustainable achievement of business results. · Conduct a needs assessment to identify learning needs of a business unit. · Facilitate meetings to gain input from multiple perspectives, build engagement, and test deliverables for various HR solutions (i.e., processes, plans, programs, training, systems, and tools). · Negotiate contracts/agreements with external vendors for HR plans, programs, processes, or learning services. · Build and maintain external networks, consortium relationships, and strategic consulting partnerships to ensure resource availability, HR best practice information, and competitiveness. · Develop, implement, and track measurement and feedback systems that evaluate global HR processes, plans, programs, and tools to ensure they build organizational capability. · Develop measurement and feedback mechanisms to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of HR, plans, programs, processes, and tools.
