Interact closely with customer, understand their business requirements, constraints and provide acceptable solutions Reviewing and validating BOM High Level Design, Low Level design and Acceptance test planning for UC services including IPT Leadership in handling technical issues and escalations. Provide long term, cost effective roadmaps to the customer Closely work with Program Managers and customer technical authority and ensure smooth delivery of project deliverables. Ensure Wipro Quality process and best practices are adopted to deliver the assigned responsibilities Prepare TID (task implementation document) for step-by-step implementation procedure along with physical and logical connectivity and configuration/integration parameters. Guide field implementation technically with field engineers and closely work with Program Managers.
