client. They are looking for a Network/Data Engineer and the following is a
more detailed description of the job.

Job Description
1) support Complex Network Infrastructure to include Switches, Routers,
Load Balancers, DNS and Iron Proxy devices.
2) Desired skills/experience: call center experience; Layer 3 IP
Networking; CCNP IP Data Networking, Microsoft Office Programs, Cisco
65xx/76xx; SONET/Eth Transport; IP Routing BGP/OSPF/LDP; VLAN/Trunking The
candidate should have a complete understanding of Layer Two and Layer 3
Switching concepts as well as configuring and troubleshooting VLANs, An
Understanding of IEEE 802.
3) Solid technical background on Cisco and Juniper Multi-services Platforms
4) Required certifications : CCNA/CCNP
5) Be Able to analyze and provide analysis on Network Issues.
6) Responsible for trouble shooting Complex Network Devices such as
routers, switches, wireless devices, and load balancers in the customer
network infrastructure.
7) Responsibilities include providing real time in-depth analysis and real
time trouble resolution of incidents associated with the CISCO, Juniper,
and Iron Proxy, and Load Balancers associated Operations Support Systems,
and Data Communications Network Technology platforms.
8) Candidate must have great communications skills and will be on daily
operational calls with the Customer to go over critical outages and discuss
status on major projects.
9) Candidate must be able to build relationships and deal with stressful
client situations that are of critical in nature to our client.
