*Location: Palo Alto, CA* *Duration: 6 - 12 Months* *Mode of Interview: Telephonic & Skype * *Keep my gmail id in CC to your reply** **[email protected]*<[email protected]> * * *RESPONSIBILITIES:* • Responsible for Cisco Call Manager cluster for Telepresence Voice services. • Managing Telepresence support staff between 10-15 engineers. • Architect, Design & Project Manage Cisco Telepresence • Coordinate interoperability video calls between legacy video systems and Telepresence • Managing Business 2 Business Exchange provider for Telepresence calls • Auditing monthly Telecom bill • Coordinate Cisco WebEx Audio/Web collaboration • Coordinate upgrades & projects throughout various departments to include paging, voice mail, call recording • Oversee telephone design and orders for external sites throughout California • Provision cellular, Telecommunication lines and network circuits with Telecommunication carriers • Coordinate Audio Visual upgrades and technology enhancements for large conference rooms on campus • Manage traditional video conferencing technologies *REQUIRED SKILLS:* • 10 plus years progressively increasing responsibility and experience with Telephony, Video conferencing solutions, including Telepresence, Desktop video and VOIP. Qualified applicants need to specialize in Cisco Unified Communications technologies and networking, along with team management experience • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology or Finance) or equivalent work experience. • Must have Sr. level experience supporting network and telecom systems in an enterprise environment • Experience in designing complex, highly available, unified communications infrastructure solutions in a large-scale environment • Experience in roll-out of new products and services.
