Looking for Salesforce Business Analyst in Orlando, FL – 12+ Months - Please share resumes to lu...@itstrategiesinc.com Responsibilities: • Provide non-development system administration. • Investigate user application issues, identify problem source(s), determine and implement possible solutions; • Diagnose and resolve user problems with business applications. • Resolve support issues in conjunction with IT as needed. • Educate users on business applications and resolutions in a prompt and professional manner. • Investigate, recommend, and implement new applications and processes. • Participate in the design, testing , and implementation of SFDC applications • Test new releases of business applications to identify potential advantages and/or issues. This person will be the front line support of business needs Required: • 4+ years' experience supporting and maintaining SFDC business applications and systems administration. • Process oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving ability in evaluating end user requirements. • Ability to test, and troubleshoot applications software Preferred: Project management experience and or business process and analysis experience.
