*Description and Duties: *

Planning, Coordinating, and Executing Business Applications Load and
Performance Testing using HP LoadRunner

* *

*Required Skills: *

·        6+ years of experience utilizing and managing HP LoadRunner,
Diagnostics, and Performance Center and applicable components:

·        Detailed experience with Load and Performance Testing
Methodologies

·        Familiarity with identifying business systems bottlenecks and
performance tuning

·        Good experience creating custom scripts and code to fulfill the
functional need overcoming tool limitations.

·        Experience in systems validation in all phases of the project
life-cycle (design - development – deployment – production).

·        Experience in working directly with customers in defining
validation requirements, project objectives, and scope and validation
strategy.

·        Experience with Test Plan creation and execution

·        Experience in requirements gathering and documentation using a
variety of sources such as internal business analysts, end-users, and
developers

·        Experience with HP Knowledgebase and LoadRunner message boards and
groups

·        Excellent communication skills, both in writing and orally

·        Self-starter and able to work independently

·        Experience in using various LoadRunner protocols Ex: Web, Siebel,
Oracle NCA, RTE, Java, .Net, etc.
