*LOCATION:**   *Ft. Worth, Texas

*Duration : **6  months*

*START DATE:**  9/30/2013***

*REQ. SKILLS:**     *Systems Admin - McAfee ePO

*INTERVIEW:**   phone screen; face-to-face/Skype*

*RATE –* $40/hr

*Duties:*

·         Managing the rollout of software in a large environment.

·         Supporting projects that involve McAfee ePO environment or McAfee
software.

·         Troubleshooting and resolving issues that occur with McAfee
software.

·         Handling and eliminating threats that are identified in our
environment.

·         Performing administration tasks in McAfee ePO console.

*Skills:*

·         McAfee ePO, VirusScan and general Antivirus knowledge (required)



·         Proven ability to manage a large environment within a McAfee ePO
4.5 or later ePO console Experience supporting/troubleshooting issues with
McAfee ePO 4.5 and VirusScan 8.7 or later (required) and the McAfee Agent
4.0, 4.5 or 4.8.

·         3+ years of proven McAfee ePO experience

·         Experience with troubleshooting issues with upgrading versions of
the McAfee Agent and VirusScan software Ability isolate, contain and
remediate threats identified in the environment Experience with McAfee
query tools and ability effectively analyze query results Understanding the
McAfee Agent and how it communicates with ePO console



·         Experience with Wintel operations



·         Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2000/2003/2008 server Good
troubleshooting skills for the various Windows Operating systems



·         Documentation skills



·         Proven ability to follow work instructions and Standard Operating
Policies Ability to write documentation Basic Microsoft Office skills



·         Good written and verbal communication skills Understanding of
Compliance, GxP and SOX Knowledge of change control processes and how it
works Past experience providing customer support in Enterprise environment
Use of support ticketing tools such as Remedy Ability to work flexible hours

*Education:*

·         Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, math
or equivalent technical training with six or more years of experience in an
information technology field.
