*Position: Business Analyst* *Location: Richmond, Virginia* *Qualifications and relevant experience: * - 8-10 years of experience - Professional quantifications (MBA/CA/CIA) in finance and/or banking * * *Objective* - To act as the domain expert in the area of Operational Risk Management. - Should have a strong understanding about the processes like Risk Assessment, Loss Data Collection, Key Risk Indicators, and Scenario Assessment. *Responsibilities:* - To Draft functional requirements for all the identified in the area of Operational Risk Management that includes Risk assessment, Loss Data Collection, Key Risk Indicators, Scenario Assessment - To guide the technical team for implementing the identified functional requirements. *Essential competencies:* - Operational Risk Management knowledge, experience and understanding - Should have participated in implementation of IBM Open Pages.
