Experience with tools such as Your Kit, HTTP watch etc is an added plus · Proficient in XML and PL/SQL, SQL tools such as SQL Developer/Toad/AquaFold · In-depth knowledge of back-end databases, preferably Oracle 10g/11g and excellent data handling capabilities · Exposure with tools such as Eclipse IDE, Perl, Ant, etc · Ability to work with large distributed IT/Technical teams and experience in working with an onsite-offshore co-ordination model · Demonstrated large scale enterprise project implementation expertise · Knowledge in set-up, manage and administer one or more of the application servers – Jboss, Weblogic, WebSphere, NetWeaver including cluster environment · Understands development methodology and software development life-cycle · Exposure with tools such as Eclipse IDE, Perl, Ant, etc · Technical Lead / Module Lead experience for prior projects at least for 2 years · Requires Masters/Bachelors degree in CS/CE/IT or equivalent · Experience in source code version control and change management * * *VENDAVO SOLUTION ARCHITECT*--*6 MONTHS--**PHOENIX, AZ*** *Key Responsibilities:* · Responsible for leading one or more Vendavo configuration teams · Responsible for multiple implementations for the customer across business units and/or divisions · Closely work with the requirements gathering team and value realization team · Interact with the customer IT department in handling data integration challenges, system integration, environment management etc. · Work with the Program manager and high level management teams ensuring quality delivery on time. · Co-coordinating the development and QA team and process management · Review of requirements deliverables, design deliverables and technical deliverables and co-ordinate in gate reviews · Resolve functional and technical issues in discussion with core product engineering, customer business and configuration teams · Understand and resolve complex business and application problems and performance bottle necks · US candidates shall be willing to travel up to 60% or relocate to client location *Required Skills:* · Requires 8+ year's experience in Object and data modeling; J2EE/Java and web-based application development; Integration design and development using ETL tools, Web Services, SOAP, Middleware tools; XML and SQL; Oracle database(10g/11g) or DB2, high end J2EE application servers, cloud computing, and SAS models. · Demonstrated large scale enterprise level project management and implementation expertise · Understands development methodology and has actual experience writing functional and technical design specifications working with the requirements gathering team · Excellent in interpreting requirements, business processes and translate into product features · Should be able to suggest business process and pricing practice changes to ensure best use of the application by customers · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in person, by telephone, and with large teams · Strong prior technical, development background in either Services or Engineering - 6+ years of hands on solution design experience; experience developing applications on top of the line platforms · ERP and platform configuration implementation experience (SAP, Siebel, Oracle etc.) · The candidate should be comfortable with modern web based application technologies and be able to mentor and work with technical team members spread over multiple time zones · Knowledge of Oracle database, preferably 11g version, and application server such as JBoss, Weblogic, Netweaver, Websphere, ATG Dynamo etc · Experience is designing and deploying enterprise solutions with high availability and reliability.
