There is an urgent requirement of *Performance Engineer* for *Woonsocket, RI.* If interested then please send your updated resume ASAP. *Position : Performance Engineer* *Location:* *Woonsocket, RI.* *Duration: 4 Months* *Role Description :-* 1. Performance testing tool development/enhancement (in Java/J2EE) after getting an understanding of the requirements/application changes. 2. Performance analysis and find out the cause of any performance degradation (like doing the analysis of application logs, wrong implementation of caching or wrong query plans being picked etc.) 3. Requesting for branches and tags from the Configuration Management team. 4. Preparation of good design documents/analysis documents based on the understanding of technical requirements/issue. 5. Following up with the application development team for any clarification on application functionality and understanding it’s performance impact. 6. Running data base queries and collecting results required for the analysis. 7. Analysis and review of unix scripts and understanding of any modifications required. 8. Review of design documents and code done from Offshore. 9.
