The other 2-3 will be supporting a variety of project initiatives. Good communication skills are a must. Healthcare experience, specifically with government programs is very helpful. If they are an “expert” in ICD-10, that is great! They self admit that they have horrible code so they don’t want “fixer”. They will be pulling requirements out of the system which is a bit backwards.
