**Please note** Business Change Management and Business Process
Documentation experience is a MUST have. The manager means Change in the
sense of Organizational Readiness; business process, training, alignment of
business needs and communications. This candidate needs to have experience
in helping drive business operational readiness in projects that deliver
new software functionality that directly impacts current business
processes.

Overview: This position will support the change management lead by
developing an understanding of current and future state business processes,
working with business stakeholders to ensure future state processes are
documented and properly communicated, assisting with the planning related
to training, working with the change management lead on the overall
delivery of tasks associated to the communication plan.

*Responsibilities*:
- Works with Change Management lead to drive out tasks in the communication
plan: Audience, the “what, when and how” and helps develop measures for
communication effectiveness.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to design future-state operational
processes and determine impact to roles/responsibilities
- Partners with third party vendors on the training plan based on future
state process models and job impact assessment
- Applies expertise in the analysis, documentation, training, operational
readiness, and user support
- Excellent communication skills – team members should be good listeners,
facilitators and able to communicate the business change to people in all
parts of the business.
- Business influence – individuals should have credibility with employees
(both below and above them) in the organization. They should be trusted and
have proper authority.
- Commitment to the change – an effective team member believes in the value
of the change and shares a vision of the desired future state.
- Knowledge of the business – team members need an understanding not only
of the particular function or area being changed, but also of general
business principles and conditions.
- Interpersonal skills (team player) – team members should be people
oriented and able to work and contribute to the success in a team
environment

- Change management experience – if team members have change management
experience or training, this may accelerate preparing the team.
