Send me profiles : ar...@vedicsoft.com *Job Title: Senior Oracle Functional Analyst * *Location : Oshkosh, WI* *Need Citizens/GCs only.* *SUMMARY* * * This position will focus on supply chain initiatives and requires the ability to participate in multiple projects utilizing strong business analysis skills and rigor. It is extremely important for this person to possess excellent people skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of, executives, managers, subject matter experts and team members. This person will also be responsible for planning and managing multiple small to mid-size projects to achieve business objectives and deliver business benefits, ensuring that risks are identified and managed appropriately during project execution and objectives are achieved within scope, schedule and budget. The security risk level for this position is moderate; therefore, the incumbent may be subject to additional background screening requirements. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* - Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. - Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs, functional and non-functional requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and interpret business needs and translate into application and operational requirements. - Deliver the Use Cases, Requirements Document, Mockups and Interface/data mapping as required using standard templates and recognized best practices for business analysis. - Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. - Drive design and review of test cases and take the lead during system testing - Maintain overall knowledge of various systems to maintain a production support infrastructure - Under the direction of the Project Manager, plan and manage small to mid-size projects * * *BASIC QUALIFICATIONS* · Associate's degree and 8-plus years related experience (OR) · Bachelor's degree and 3-plus years related experience * * *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* · Bachelor’s degree in related field · *Supply Chain experience (systems and business functions)* · Knowledge and familiarity in underlying Oracle EBS applications database architecture, as well as Oracle database and development tools (PL/SQL, SQL Developer, Forms, Reports and Oracle Work Flows) · *Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EBS specifically in Procure to Pay * · Working knowledge in the full life cycle of the development process, including requirements definition, prototyping, testing, implementation and post-deployment maintenance and support · *Experience with Oracle R12* · General understanding of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) · *Experience in Oracle AIM Methodology * · Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and Visio Best Regards, * * *Arjun Kanakoti * * * *VEDICSOFT** *| *Business Intelligence.
