*Responsibilities:*
- Configures, implements, maintains and upgrades Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Supply
Chain Management).
- Analyses user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and
customization.
- Provides on going ERP system support.
- May be involved in the requirements definition and software vendor
selection phase.
- Usually requires 15 years of previous experience.

*Additional Comments:*
- Detailed and specific requirement for submission of VERY STRONG ECC-SD
Sales resources.
- This ERP Analyst requirement is for a SD-Sales position (not LE).

*Must Haves:*
- Candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of 'hands on' experience in SAP
SD (Sales) design and configuration.
- In-depth experience in functional design development of SAP SD module
(Sales), including Order Management, Allocations, Billing, Pricing,
EDI/IDoc, Interfaces and Output.
- Very good knowledge of working with user exits and interfaces from Online
Ordering System.
- Candidate will not need to write code, but must have good ABAP
understanding with ability to write functional development requests for
ABAP team.
- Excellent trouble-shooting ability with experience in assessing problems
identified by business users and designing potential solutions.
- Ability to independently drive issue resolution, develop business
knowledge and apply technical alternatives.
- Excellent relationship and networking skills that would be required to
build relationships within the team and outside the team across Business
groups and other IT teams.
- Fosters a sense of agility to identify and overcome obstacles.
- Balances the big picture with day-to-day activities/issues.
- Persistent in the pursuit of results.

- *Communication:* Creates an environment that fosters open, frank
communication. Clearly expresses oneself orally and in writing. Listens
carefully, solicits other opinions. Candidates must have agility to respond
quickly in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly and the ability to
manage multiple assignments are required.
