*Please send me suitable resumes to [email protected]* * * * * *Position: WEB TESTER* * * *Location: NYC, NY (Locals)* * * *Duration: 6+ Months* * * *IN PERSON INTERVIEW REQUIRED* * * * * *Assignment:* - Executing exploratory testing on the new system utilizing various exploratory testing techniques to successfully test the application against business requirements. - As part of a larger team, the tester will work closely with other team members that include: other testers, business users, developers, and business analysts as required. - Capturing and documenting defects into Rational Quality Manager. - Must be detail oriented, where he or she will be responsible for documenting manual test scripts for subsequent test cycles. - Communicate openly with the team to discuss testing ideas with other team members. *Experience/Skills:* - Testing Internet, intranet, and client-server applications. - Developing test plans and interpreting system requirements documents in order to perform effective end-user testing and determining adherence to scope. - Ability to learn overall system processes and identify process-related issues.
