JOB TITLE: SalesForce Process Improvement Analyst LOCATION : CT-Connecticut/Trumbull DURATION: 4 Months M.O.I: Telephonic Hire Only *EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-* the salesforce business analyst (sfba) is responsible for aligning salesforce.com (sales and service cloud) development with wea stakeholders with our business goals. the salesforce business analyst will understand strategic business priorities and use that to drive technology and process enhancements. this position is responsible for the overall specification development, delivering configuration requests to our salesforce administrators, and operation of the initial implementation and continued operations, as well as the continuous improvement of the salesforce tools for our sales, service delivery, professional services, and other internal teams. the sfba will independently perform implementation, testing, process & documentation, and updating tasks relating to the salesforce system and other integrated applications. this person must be exceptionally skilled with project management, and understanding and solving technical challenges from a business perspective. *required skills* * bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or experience. * 3 years of experience with technical implementation, day-to-day operations, or long term maintenance of salesforce. * strong analytical and problem solving skills * experience with data analytics and business intelligence * ability to work independently and as part of a team * excellent written and verbal communication skills * experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies. * salesforce certification is a plus * must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations.
