*Description:* A SharePoint Developer / Administrator with BCforward will be involved with building, configuring and managing internal SharePoint solutions and must be able to execute individual tasks as part of a larger project plan with appropriate direction and guidance. This includes the development, customization and integration efforts for enterprise solutions around the core concepts of business process management, collaboration, business intelligence, document management and/or enterprise content management utilizing Microsoft SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013, and Office365 as required. *Responsibilities:* Implement high quality, scalable and extendable SharePoint solutions Maintain cutting edge knowledge of new technologies related to the SharePoint, ECM, Portals and Collaboration ecosystems Analyze technologies, technical processes and/or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and implement Assist in the development of requirements for each project by meeting with technical and business teams Code, test and implement solutions in both on-premise and Office365 SharePoint environments Prepare technical materials and documentation as required Deploy SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013, and related services in multi-server, enterprise-class farms Act as resident technical SME for our internal and external clients on current SharePoint industry best practices and trends Install patches, updates and custom solutions to staging and production environments, create scripts to automate deployments, and other work related tasks *Job Requirements:* Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or other technical field from a reputable institute, or equivalent industry experience (Desired) Microsoft Certified Professional Developer or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist for SharePoint Minimum of 2-5 years of experience analyzing, designing, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications using SharePoint Technologies (WSS 3.0, InfoPath, Excel Services, Search, Business Data Catalog and Web Services) Strong Knowledge of XML / Javascript / CSS3 / HTML5 / CAML / SharePoint Object Model and C# Excellent understanding of programming / systems analysis, as well as quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration, and migration functions Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2013, 2010, 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Working knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and core web service technologies including WCF, REST, and SOAP (Desired) Experience designing and presenting Business Intelligence features using Business Data Connectivity (BDC), Excel Services, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Strong problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff at all levels Strong communication skills (oral and written) along with good organizational skills -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
