Expertise in SAP HCM – Organization management and Personnel administration modules, should have strong hands-on experience in Org structure, enterprise structure and personal structure 2. Work Experience in Matrix structure creation and global HCM implementation exposure. 4. Well versed Solution consulting in SAP HCM – OM & PA. Desirable Technical / Functional Skills 1. Direct working with clients – core Business & IT team 2. Preferred manufacturing domain knowledge – HR Functional Consultant for Requirements understanding 3. Co-ordinate with TCS offshore team Total experience in required skill (years) 1. Should have Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience working on SAP HCM – OM & PA functionality. 2. Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills 3.
