Candidate will have expertise in Windows and Apple operating system and devices. Candidate will have experience in providing excellent customer support, both at the desk and using remote control access. *Skills Required:* Responsible for provisioning and supporting internal desktop, laptop, and remote access customers using Lotus Notes and Sharepoint core and related products including: Sametime, Notes Databases, Document Libraries, Communities etc. Responsibilities include: responding to customer questions on usage, troubleshooting customer issues, and responding to Lotus Notes incident calls through the Service Desk tool. Additional responsibilities include support and troubleshooting Blackberry issues as they relate to Lotus Notes.
