This is a long term project with rich UI, *heavy visualization,* web-services/SOA-based architecture. The UI Developer(s) should have strong experience with HTML5, Ajax, Ajax toolkit (such as jQuery, D3), Javascript, JSON, etc - Hands-on Experience With Data Visualizatioin Libraries/Frameworks (ex.
