*Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills*
• Establish performance Test scope, approach and plans. Partner with Tech
lead, tech engineering and development teams as necessary in establishing
scope and approach of performance testing. ****
• Create processes for Performance Test design, data gathering and
execution. ****
• Schedule, coordinate and manage successful completion of performance
testing of all Releases. ****
• Involved in discussions where Engagement Analyst is involved. (Early
information gathering and understanding) ****
• Work with Test Architect to create an initial Performance Test Strategy **

• Conduct initial Performance Platform related data gathering and analysis *
***
• Document and communicate final Performance results ****
• Review early performance test scope, results and provide feedback for
additional scope or tests. ****
• Refine detailed early performance Test approach for each risk in Early
Performance Testing scope. ****
• Responsible to provide status update for Formal/Informal test scripting
and test script review. ****
• Lead/Organize meetings to further analyze results and determine next
steps for Early Performance Testing and Tuning. ****
• Enables performance Test team with tooling and procedures for scripting. *

• Actively participate in the daily defect meeting. ****
• Works with the necessary resources to ensure all defects related to
performance tests are driven out through resolution. ****
• Actively participate in triage team meetings to assist with determining
proper ownership and escalation of defects ****
• Facilitate team status/checkpoint meetings as necessary. ****
• Understand project business scope ****
• Understand project technical scope down to the component level* *
