We are very relationship base and would like to make sure these individuals can fit in with the team w/o any relationship conflict. * * * *Duties: Experienced Business Systems Analyst with demonstrated BSA work experience on multiple projects. Strong in full lifecycle of IT project work, from requirements gathering through functional specifications/design and user acceptance testing. Demonstrated ability managing complex requirements in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Agile and waterfall methodology experience preferred.* *Specific responsibilities include:* *• Provides front line systems support to Medical Communications and other business functions* *• Manage and develop Business Object Reports per business needs* *• Perform data analysis as needed* *• Liaise with IT to ensure accuracy and completeness in user requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, process flow diagrams; may configure some system settings and/or options; also, partner with IT to drive implementation of technical solutions.* *• Facilitate and collaborate with cross functional business stakeholders and project manager including technical team from IT* *• Conduct feasibility studies and gap-analysis for improvements through automation and/or business process changes* *• Analyze/document current and future business process models* *• Analyze/document high-level requirements (scope)* *• Analyze/document detailed functional requirements and business rules (use cases)* *• Analyze/document data requirements (from business needs perspective)* *• Support planning of user acceptance test (UAT), including creation of UAT scripts* *• Perform knowledge transfer to training and communication teams and support user deployment activities as needed* * * *Skills: Experience Profile* *• 7 years experience as an IT business systems analyst and a demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment* *• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to quickly produce clearly written, well-organized documentation; excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills* *• Proven skills in relationship building, customer-focus, decision-making, and problem solving* *• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business in unfamiliar areas* *.
