*Job Title: BPM Administration Location: Bloomfield, CT Duration: 6+ Months PROJECT SUMMARY* Provide technical leadership concentrating on the engineering, implementation and support of application integration technologies with specific focus on the IBM BPM product suite (e.g., IBM Business Process Manager, Process Center, WebSphere Process Server, Business Monitor). *POSITION DESCRIPTION * Design, installation, configuration and operational support of BPM middleware products. Execution of operational and administrative activities related to deployment of applications targeting the BPM technology stack. Proactive monitoring and management of BPM supported products and technologies assuring performance, availability, security, and capacity Troubleshooting and problem resolution. Producing and maintaining environment and team documentation Planning and documenting disaster recovery procedures and performing these recovery procedures in a disaster exercise. Identification and resolution of problems with supported products and technologies. Identification and recommendation of opportunities for operational improvements. Supporting the definition and implementation of procedures and automation that will maximize engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies. *ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED* Expertise in the engineering and operational aspects of the IBM BPM technology stack (Process Manager V7/V8, Process Center V7/V8, Process Server V6/V7, Business Monitor V7/V8) Strong hands on experience administering and configuring one or more products in the IBM BPM technology stack. Strong UNIX/LINUX skills Strong scripting skills (bash, ksh, perl, etc.) Familiarity with application integration technologies (IBM ESB, Oracle ODSI, Oracle BPM, IBM Blaze Rules, JBOSS middleware stack, MQ, Message Broker) Familiarity with SSL and experience installing/managing SSL certificates.
