This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level resource. *Roles and Responsibilities*: · Working with clients and Technology teams to architect, lead, develop, and manage solutions to complex business and technology programs within the call recording space. · Design and maintain the business model and assess the impact of the future architecture on existing and future call recording architecture. · Capture requirements for future application architecture and identify the techniques and technologies to be applied at the application level. Define the requirements the infrastructure must support; and identify, analyze and address any inter-application dependencies and interfaces. · Determine the most appropriate application partitioning to achieve the performance and scalability requirements. · Participate in planning sessions and anticipate future business/technology changes. · Work with business operation directors to review business drivers, needs and strategies and understand implications to the application architecture. · Communicate implications of architectural decisions, issues and plans to managmement. · Provide guidance to developers during the analysis, development and testing processes; provide architecture expertise and consult to Business and Technology teams when detailed application architecture knowledge is needed, and mitigate risks. · Provide top tier support and guidance for any issues within the delivery, implementation or existing call recording solution. *Additional Skills: * · 10 years of relevant work Experience · Strong overall experience working with NICE Call Recording · Advanced skills with NICE installations · Advanced troubleshooting skills to assist in resolving issues with NICE · In-depth knowledge of how NICE integrates with Genesys, SIP, VOIP, PBX, CMS and Dialer on both Avaya and Cisco infrastructures · Advanced knowledge of TSAPI and JTAPI integrations · Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to adapt communication to meet audience · Other technical skills that will prove beneficial include: · Detailed SQL Server knowledge · SNMP · ODBC · Oracle · Citrix · Tivoli · Daily tools include the use of NICE, MS Office, Vision App and various support tools like wireshark. · Candidate should be accustomed to a high energy, often stressful environment and have the ability to manage multiple efforts at one time · Ability to work closely with the Production Support team and On-boarding team to ensure enhancements in future application deployments. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
