*Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills*
• Exposure on requirement gathering, technical design of new systems, such
as proto types****
• Determining the resource requirements and identifying the resources for
the project****
• Ensure the overall quality of the projects****
• Ensuring Timely Billing & Escalation tracking****
• Establish “Best Practices” and plan for continuous improvement of
processes ****
• Experience on performance appraisals****
• 5+years of experience focusing on full lifecycle application development**

• Project Planning & Execution (Development, System testing, Regression
test, UAT, Deployment, Warranty support etc..)****
• Java, J2EE based application development experience required.****
• DB2, IMS databases experience required.****
• Agile Experience is required****
• Exposure on offshore – onsite Coordination ****
• Strong experience on Issue resolution & Risk mitigation ****
• Ability to solve the technical problems faced by offshore/ onsite teams
and customers ****
• Strong written and verbal communications skills****
• Project Planning & Execution (Development, System testing, Regression
test, UAT, Deployment, Warranty support etc..)****
• Agile Experience is required****
