____________ *Job Title : Sr QA Analyst * *Location : Seattle, WA* *Duration : 6+ months* *Core Duties/Responsibilities:* · Responsible for the evaluation and testing of all campaign, e-mail and web site products. Also accountable for reviewing and testing product functionality against the standards and requirements determined at the start of the project as well as well accepted industry standards. · The Quality Assurance Analyst (QAA) develops test plans, creates test case scenarios, executes test programs, and works with development team members in implementing and improving quality standards and processes. · Reviewing functional and technical specifications to develop test plans · Development of test scripts to do: functional testing, regression testing, and load testing · Utilize automated testing tool(s) when appropriate. · Execution of testing plans and the creation/management of bug lists. · Participating in reviews at all phases of the software development cycle · Contributing to overall Quality Assurance best practices, strategy and methodology * * *Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience* · Two+ years experience in QA and testing within a software development environment, preferably with Internet technologies. · Experience working with relational databases. · Hands-on experience in testing complex business applications and understanding large complex environments, and knowledge of requirements based testing. · Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required · The strong candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be well organized, possesses good decision-making skill, and have self-administrative skills. · Experience with automated testing tools is a big plus. · Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or a related field) or 4 or more years of directly related experience. · An understanding of the fundamental software engineering principles and methodologies of testing software.
