3. Web Technologies : Web Services, HTML, Javascript
4. Languages : APEX, SOQL, SOSL

Mandatory Experience:- *- 6+ years of IT experience in application
design, customization,
development,
support in Salesforce.com
CRM.
*Desirable Skills:-*
- Administration, Configuration, Implementation experience on
Salesforce.com CRM
- Advanced knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software
Testing Methodology
- Expertise in standard Salesforce configuration that includes workflow
rules, page layouts, record types, approval processes, assignment rules,
validation rules, bulk triggers,etc.
- Experience in Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers considering governor
limits and various other components as per the client and application
requirements
- Implemented security and sharing rules at object, field and record level
for different users at different levels of organization
- Developed and configured various custom reports and report folders for
different user profiles
- Involved in Unit Testing, Test Code Coverage, Code Review and User
Acceptance Testing
- Deployed Classes, Triggers, Objects, Components and Pages from one
environment to another using Change Sets and Force.com IDE
- Used Data Loader for insert, update and bulk import or export of data
from Salesforce.com objects
