Day to day responsibilities include monitoring the ticket queue and hotline, resolving backup issues, provisioning storage, performing storage migrations, commissioning and decommissioning storage systems, and all other tasks related to operation of storage and backup systems. Team members are expected to create and improve processes and documentation used in performing these tasks. The team will be called on to absorb new storage and backup technologies as needed.
